1. Cancellation Policy

We strive to process orders quickly and efficiently. Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our processing system to ensure fast delivery. However, if you wish to cancel your order, we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel it by contacting our customer support team at naveen.nspsolutions@gmail.com within 10:00 Am to 6:00 Pm of placing the order. In this case, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
